LADIES DRIVING CHALLENGE - Sunday 26th September 2010
North West Air Ambulance and the Firefighters charity have come together to hold our first Ladies Driving Challenge at Oulton Park, Cheshire on Sun 26th September 2010.
This is the opportunity to have the drive of your life and get behind the wheel of a variety of vehicles, including construction vehicles, lorries, and of course, fire engines, as well as many more.
Ladies - this is the chance you've been waiting for. It's an ideal event for a girls day out and guys this could be a great gift for the adventurous lady in your life. For all you fundraisers out there, what a way to raise money and have fun at the same time!
Registration is £10, with a minimum of £90 in sponsorship to raise. There will be prizes for the highest fundraisers and the promise of a great day for all. There will be family stalls, a static vehicle display and a chance to have a close look at the Air Ambulance Helicopter and meet with the crew.
Book early to avoid disappointment - this is a day not to be missed.

Welsh Rally Book
The new Welsh Rally book is due for release in early October.

The new book will be bigger than the Epynt book as there has been so much fantastic material to use. The foreword is by Hannu Mikkola and there are stories, backed up by great photography, from all the great characters from that era.
There will be a launch held at Brecon Theatre on October 7th where John Horton will speak with numerous stars of the past. Tickets will be available, from the theatre, within the month.
