Holly Tree Grass Autotest & PCA Returns This August
Get ready for an evening of motorsport action as Knutsford & District Motor Club heads back to Holly Tree Farm for the second Grass Autotest and Production Car Autotest (PCA) of the 2026 season. The event takes place on Monday 17th August 2026, promising a fun, friendly and competitive evening for both experienced competitors and those looking to get started in grassroots motorsport.
As part of the Motorsport UK StreetCar initiative, the event is designed to provide an accessible entry point into motorsport while maintaining the high standards expected of KDMC events. Whether you're a regular championship contender or making your first competitive appearance, you'll receive a warm welcome from the organising team.
Championship Points Up for Grabs
The evening counts as:
- Round 265 of the KDMC Grass Championship
- Round 265 of the KDMC PCA Championship
- A qualifying round for the KDMC All-Rounders Championship
Competitors in both disciplines will be battling not only for event honours but also valuable championship points as the season progresses.
Event Timetable
The action gets underway on Monday 17th August with:
- Venue opens: 5:15pm
- Signing-on: 5:45pm
- First tests: 7:00pm
Entries close at 6:00pm on the day of the event, although competitors are encouraged to enter early as places are limited.
Who Can Enter?
The event is open to fully paid members of Knutsford & District Motor Club and members of a number of invited clubs. All competitors must hold a valid 2026 Motorsport UK RS Clubman licence (or higher) together with a current club membership. New members are welcome to join KDMC when signing on.
The Grass Autotest includes classes for both standard road-going cars and modified or four-wheel-drive vehicles, while the PCA is open to road-legal saloons and sports cars. To help preserve the venue, road tyres only are permitted.
Friendly Competition for Everyone
Awards will be presented for:
- Fastest Time of the Day
- Class Winners
- Top Novice Competitors
The event continues KDMC's tradition of encouraging newcomers, with novice awards providing an excellent opportunity for first-time competitors to challenge themselves in a relaxed environment.
Entries
Entries are accepted on a first come, first served basis and cost £20 per competitor.
With a maximum field of just 25 competitors, early entry is recommended to avoid disappointment.
