Marshalling
Volunteer marshals serve as the cornerstone of motorsport in the UK. Dressed in their distinctive orange overalls or marshals’ tabards, they play a pivotal role in ensuring the safe and efficient conduct of events across the country.
For individuals passionate about motorsport who may not wish to drive, becoming a marshal presents an excellent opportunity to engage closely with the sport.
The responsibilities of a marshal are varied and essential, encompassing tasks such as clearing debris, managing spectator safety, and overseeing start, finish, or assembly areas. This role offers an unparalleled perspective on the events and provides access to the behind-the-scenes operations of prestigious championships.
At KDMC, we take great pride in our dedicated marshalling team, which actively participates in a diverse array of events, from Grass Auto Tests to the Plains Rally.
Marshals are consistently sought after for every event, whether serving as timekeepers at a grass auto test or as in-stage marshals during a forest rally.
