Knutsford & District Motor Club is proud to announce that it has been named Motorsport UK Sustainable Club of the Year 2025 🏆🌱, with the award featured in the December edition of Revolution Magazine, Motorsport UK’s official publication, released on Friday, 12 December.

The award recognises the club’s outstanding commitment to sustainability within grassroots motorsport, highlighting its leadership in environmental responsibility, sustainable event management, and its role in leading best practice for sustainability in grassroots motorsport. The club achieved the highest overall score in Motorsport UK’s Sustainability Accreditation process.

 The club has also achieved Sustainable Rally Charter status with its Plains Rally.

“Winning Motorsport UK Sustainable Club of the Year 2025 is a huge honour for our club,” said Les Sharp, Environmental and Sustainability Officer. “Sustainability is a core part of how we operate, and this recognition reflects the hard work and dedication of our volunteers, members, and partners who continue to drive positive change in motorsport.”

Motorsport UK has confirmed that the trophy, certificate, and £1,000 cheque will be presented in person, with arrangements to be made in the New Year.
