Motorsport Taster Day
A FREE EVENT TO ATTEND
Last year’s Taster Day with KDMC was a clear success, attracting strong engagement and highly positive feedback from attendees. Participants valued the opportunity to experience the programme first-hand, meet the team, and gain a practical insight into what KDMC has to offer. The interactive format worked particularly well, creating an open, welcoming environment that encouraged questions, discussion, and enthusiasm throughout the day.
Building on that success, we are running a similar-format event again this year. The upcoming Taster Day will retain the elements that proved most effective, while continuing to provide an informative, engaging introduction for new participants. We are confident that repeating this proven approach will deliver another successful event and support continued interest in KDMC.
Why Join KDMC
KDMC membership allows entry into events run by other motor clubs in the North West. Some of these are included in our championships and give you the chance to complete in Trials (seeing how far up a hill you can get), sprints (timed laps round a circuit) and hill climbs.

Marshalling
All motorsport requires marshals who help with events. We offer the ability to join in and get a front seat for most forms of motorsport (not racing or karting) locally and in the forests of north Wales.
Social Events
Come along to one of our social evenings. Meet our friendly club members. Get advice on most forms of grass roots motorsport as well as car preparation. Take part in a Quiz, hear talks, watch films etc
