Knutsford and District Motor Club is delighted to announce the return of its popular New Year Autosolo and Production Car Autotest (PCA) to the familiar surroundings of Booth’s Hall, Knutsford. Taking place on Sunday 22nd March 2026, the event marks a welcome return to one of the club’s favourite venues.

The club extends its sincere thanks to Bruntwood for once again granting permission to use the car parks at Booth’s Hall. The site has become a well-loved location among competitors, offering a compact, technical layout that suits both experienced drivers and those new to autosolo competition.




A Championship-Counting Event

This year’s event is proud to be included in both the BTRDA and regional championships, ensuring strong competition across the field. As always, the day will combine a friendly club atmosphere with competitive, well-run motorsport.

Modern, Streamlined Event Administration

For 2026, all communications and signing-on will be handled electronically, making the process quicker and more efficient for competitors.

  • Motorsport UK signing-on requirements are integrated into the electronic system.

  • Provisional and final results will be produced using the Sapphire Solutions Timing System.

  • Marshal check sheets will be maintained to help resolve any timing queries.

Competitors will again use the proven colour-group marshalling system, assisting with smooth event flow and shared responsibilities throughout the day.

What Competitors Need to Bring

All drivers must present the following at signing-on:

  • A physical or electronic copy of their Motorsport UK Competition Licence

    (minimum requirement: RS Clubman or higher)

  • Championship registration card (if applicable)

  • Club membership card

  • Passenger licence details where relevant

Entries and Fees

Entries are now open and will close at 23:59 on Friday 20th March 2026.

  • Autosolo: £45 per competitor

  • PCA: £40 per competitor

Entries must be completed online using the Sapphire Solutions signing-on system, and will only be confirmed once payment has been received.

Competitors are encouraged to enter early to secure their place and avoid the last-minute rush.
